I’m a beginner in Blender. I made a character model but when i apply a Subdivison surface and increase the viewport value, my model have something wrong as show in the image. The body part and the leg is joined together. Please help.

It would be helpful to share the file. Also show the mesh in wireframe mode. It looks like you might have some non-manifold edges (faces that share edges like in a T) or duplicate faces.

You have inconsistent normals. You can check by turning on Face Orientation in Viewport Overlays. Shift+N to recalculate them.
Thanks for the help. I can make it by flip normals.
