Help Modeling Face

This is a really nooby question, but I’m on a tutorial, (http://www.linuxgraphic.org/section3d/blender/pages/didacticiels/head-subsurf/didac8-ang.html)
And cant seem to model the eye. Heres the file: http://www.4shared.com/account/home.jsp

Could someone tell me how to do it, or do it themselves and post?

Here’s what he’s talking about:

Select the two faces where the eye goes. Extrude and choose Region, then immediately escape to cancel the automatic grab and move.

Scale the new faces smaller (I used 80%).

Do this three times.

A keyboard sequence for the above is [e, Enter, esc, s, .8, Enter].

Select everything in the eye socket (shortcut is to type Ctrl+Numpad Plus three times)

then type w to bring up the Specials menu, and choose Select Swap. This will select everything except the vertices in the eye socket.

The press h to hide all those vertices, and you are left with just the eye socket vertices visible in the window, to make it easier to move the verts around. When you’re done, Alt+h will unhide the hidden mesh.

When you’ve finished this tutorial, would you mind taking a look at Modeling a Head using Face Loops ? It’s a work in progress, so there isn’t a lot of explanation right now, but I would appreciate feedback, especially from newer BlenderArtists, on what needs explaining.

thanks
