Ok so I am making a fps and have done almost everything i can do, to make the enemy die or make my health go down. Nothing works. Can someone please tell me how I can make my bullet hit the enemy, and then make the enemy die after a few hits? My character can shoot bullets, but the bullets wont kill the enemy. All help is greatly Appreciated.

There are hundreds of examples of this available. Use the search function on this site and google. That being said, you are going to want to use rays rather than collision objects. Bullets travel too fast for Blender to calculate collisions consistently. Once you have the ray detection working, its pretty simple to remove values from a ‘Health’ property and then set a death state when ‘Health <= 0’
