help please...just on one thing

I jus downloaded Blender and i was messin’ around to get the feel…what i did was …that square in the middle of the screen i pushed…S then Y then 5 and it made it a rectangle shape…then i put added an armature and some how i saved it so now when i open up Blender it always shows me the rectangle instead of the square…how do i put it back right???

select the plane and press alt-s to reset its scaling. Erase your armature with X.
when everything is to your liking…just press ctrl-u and save the scene as your default scene. la voila…

Or just do ‘load factory settings’.

Remember to then Ctrl+U to save this as the default startup.
