Help Please: Rendered animation is different from previews and single rendered frames

Hello! I’m pretty new to blender and this is one of the biggest issues I’ve faced so far. I’m working on a little scene with a car and as I started rendering final animation, I experienced a problem. The background in the animation renders really jagged and overall colors are different from the real time renders, previews or a single rendered frame. I’m fine with the slight difference in colors, but the jagged background gradient is what I’ve been trying to fix for the past couple days. Is there any way to resolve this? Thanks in advance!

These artefacts are most likely caused by the low bit depth output of the file that you are saving to. Do some research into color banding and gradient banding. You should find some techniques to reduce the noise.
