Help! sculpt brush not rounded

Good afternoon,

I’m working on a model and when using the sculpt mode, no matter what brush I’m using, it deforms the mesh in a weird shape, like a stretched oval.

I’ve been changing all possible parameters for hours, but nothing!

If it’s due to a very stupid reason, sorry for that.

Any comment regarding this would be helpful. Thank you very much

Apply your object scale (Ctrl+A)

Topology is also important, make sure your base mesh is all quad and that they are more or less evenly spaced.
