Help sky....AO


I am working on a project where I have a light-tower and water… To make it more real I have added a Sky… Then I tried rendering it with AO… The result was weird… so I putted the Sky into another layer… and rendered Just the light-house and the water… The result was fine… It seems the Sky (which is a sphere) is affecting the AO…

Now i am wondering if there is any way I can make the Sky (Sphere) to not affect the AO?

You might want to decrease the Mas Dist value in your AO settings. This can help you remove the Sky from the Occlusion calculations.
