Hi everyone, this is the first post I write, I hope I have created it correctly.
Here’s the problem:
After creating the high poly and then low poly version of the components of this medal I then did the uv unwrap and then continued to work on the substance painter where I bake and created my textures. So far everything normal. The problem is that at this point, returning to blender, the textures were projected very differently and badly compared to what I saw on substance. This is the first time this has happened to me and I don’t really know what to do. I am attaching some images to better visualize the situation, if someone is necessary, I can will gladly send the blender file.

I also noticed that putting the texture checker on you can see how it does not work correctly.
