Help uvunwrap this column.

This is a simple column i have seen in several games, i modeled it and want to unwrap it.
What is the best way to do it?
Please download the blend file from the attachments.
I want to learn how pros unwrap it, i managed to do it but with a lot of time and in a very primitive way so please help.

Here’s one way you can do it. I just added more seams to reduce distortion, but you could use projection methods and so on. I just do it this way because it packs easier, there’s less distortion, as mentioned, and I can easily find where problems are.

Like I said this is one way, but certainly not the only, or best way to do it.
