Help with Alpha channel and shader nodes in evee

Blender is awesome! Let’s start with that.

Simple question probably made way too difficult is:

Is my node setup correct in this .blend for what I am doing, which is attempting to cause the non alpha channel to emit and bump whilst leaving alpha attached to other color or texture. Any simplification or corrections would be appreciated.
