Help with Bone Heat Weighting. Nothing is working.

So i keep getting the common error: Bone heat weighting, failed to find solution for one or more bones.

I have tried:
Adding subdivision modifier and decimate modifier.

Removing double vertices.

Removing uv data.

Removing all vert groups.

Any help would be amazing.

You have tons of non manifold geometry which will cause problems with automatic weighting. To see them select by trait, non manifold and you will see them. These need to be corrected if you want to use automatic weights. They cause problems in any volume type operation.

here u go, check the file… separate all the body parts, first skin ur base body parts then attach rest of it accordingly. best of luck
