Hi everyone im still very new to Blender, but i could use all the help i can get. i cant get my character to move right, i followed a tut i saw on youtube(not the best place but it helped me a bit) i want to have my character move according to the direction the camera is facing. this is supposed to be an FPS by the way. also he seems to run off the edge on its own after moving around a bit, not sure why. and i modeled a flashlight, but i dont know how to set up a keyboard command to turn it on and off, typically id use the “F” key but i dont know how to tie that in with the lighting i would use for the flashlight. also dropping items and picking them up. i assume those concepts are similar. any help you can give me would be great. i think i posted the .blend file. if not then let me know ill try again. thanks again
