Making a poseable character with cloth simulated clothing

Hey folks, I’m learning Blender with the goal of using it to make character artwork to use in comics/graphic novels. I’ve been reading tons of tutorials and doing tests, but I have ended up with questions that nobody seems to be covering. I’m hoping to find some help here, or at least referrals to tutorials. My overall goal is to have a poseable character model that I can clothe, and for that clothing to properly follow the character when it is repositioned. I am not doing animation, so it does…
