Help with creating a custom 2D filter


I am extremely new to python coding in the game engine. All I want to do is make the scene, (Or what the camera views) more orange, like its in a dust storm. I would use the sepia filter, but that just converts everything to black and white and then adds a slightly orange pass over the top.

I just want everything to appear more orange…? Is there a way to code in a low opacity image into the 2D filter, or what?
