Hi guys, i’m having a problem with a personal project. For some reason, in the final render, the light reflections keeps flickering and the final render has some noising. i have no idea how to fix it and i’m new to blender. help!
i’m gonna add my file so it’s easy to look. Im using eevee and blender 4.3.

For the noise, it’s very simple. You just aren’t using enough render samples. You have large area lights: those have soft shadows, but at the cost of noise that needs many samples to resolve. Also, you have transparent materials that need samples too. 25 is not going to be nearly enough.
I didn’t see any flickering. Could you post a screeshot of the flickering, or at least explain where to look? I opened the file in Blender 4.2, so maybe there is a version related bug?
If it’s a problem that Glare looks strong, use the Mix node and synthesize it with the original to adjust the strength of Glare.
I think the light blinking is because Glare works according to the brightness of the image.
For example, when the Plants shakes, the highlights change and Glare appears at the brightest of them.
Attach a video to make it easier to understand the cause.
