Help with lighting and floor texture

This is my first ever scene in blender, i have watched many tutorials and read lots about cycles renderer. I can see that my floor needs some reflection, so it looks like water is on it. Also should it be darker? I have it bright to avoid lots of noise that i saw first earlier when rendering. I use 3000 samples for my scene. I followed Andrew Prices tutorial for this but I’m using cycles so I had to learn lots myself about the textures. He shows how you can use the floor texture to show parts as reflection so it looks wet, i don’t know how to do this in cycles. Any advice would be good thanks.
