help with making a basic cannon...

hello I am a noob and intrested by the blender physics engine and was wondering how to make a basic game where when i click somewhere on the screen it fires a ball or cube or whatever else i want it to shoot. Than gravity acts on it and pulls it gently to the ground than collides with what i shot at. I have seen it all over the internet and I am sure it is very easy but could sonmeone please just tell me how.


Shooting an object at another object would be simple without trajectory. Other wise, It would be complicated for somebody new to BGE. Use a edit object actuator set to “add object” and put in your desired velocity for your desired axis, and there you go. Make sure that your bullet object is in another layer.
