Help with md2 exportation

Hi, I set up Visual Studio for an OpenGl project using models I made with Blender3D. The model is done, so are some animations, but I’m having problems exporting it to a .md2 (old Quake format). I get messages telling me the model isn’t centered and that it is centering itself, the problem is it flips my model in a weird way and messes up animation. I’d like to know if some of you guys have some experience in exporting blender models to md2 and/or know how to solve such problems.
