Help with rigging!

–Warning–Noob approaching--
Okay, I’m new to Blender and I’ve been having some problems with rigging a model that I made in Google SketchUp.

  1. The head usually looks straight. But when I move it in the pose editor, it ends up like this:

The mouth and bits of the hair are moving more than the rest of the head. What am I doing wrong?

  1. The legs are usually usually straight but when moved, the lower section of the leg does this:

Is there any way to fix this?

The .blend file is here if you want to have a look at it:
blockhead rigged.blend (788 KB)

  1. The head usually looks straight. But when I move it in the pose editor, it ends up like this:

Because the head is also being influenced by the upper bode bone. remove the weighting in weight paint mode

  1. The legs are usually usually straight but when moved, the lower section of the leg does this:
Because the lower leg is also being influenced by the upper leg bone as well. Remove the weighting for this bone in weight paint mode

Go through every bone and check the weighting is correct. Don’t assume everything is magically done for you

Thanks for the help!

I didn’t realise that I needed to use the weight paint tool- gtold you I was a noob :stuck_out_tongue:

Oh wait, there’s another problem. Whenever I render an image or rotate the head, the entire left section (you can see it in the first post) disappears. What’s happening now?
