Hello I am designing and RPG. It is similiar to the pokemon genre. I won’t go into details until it is released but I have completed the following feature and need help finishing a few things. I have used logic bricks and python, and consider myself an intermediate with Blender.
Live Fighting(About 50%) I have the enemies where they attack if at certain distance, need to drop loot
I also need help to figure out a good system for taming/finding the monsters. Right now I am thinking they are dropped from whatever creature you are fighting on a random chance and someone intown can equip them. I plan to have 3 available, one in your pack and two active.
Adding attacks to the monsters I am thinking will be like adding the abilities on an item to keep things simple yet interesting.
Any help to resolve these questions will be appreciated.
