I installed python and scons. how do i run scons? neither cygwin or dos recognise the ‘scons’ command. do i need to set up any environment variables? what is wrong?
OK:
I have everything working EXCEPT: when i run scons to build blender i get this error:
“…cl is not recognized as an internal or external command,…”
I have CL.exe and I have a entry in my $PATH that points to it, and when i just type CL, it says “Microsoft ® 32-bit C/C++ Optimizing Compiler Version 13.10.3077…”
any ideas? I will build a Instictive-Blender exe if you help me
