Help With Simple Lego Models

Hey there!

I am hoping to work on a lego project and most parts that I need are available through Mecabricks but there are a few custom pieces that are not.
If any one is willing to help I am just wanting the US and German weapons (even just a couple of them) from this image:

Hey I’d be interested in maybe giving you a hand been looking for some simple stuff to practice on. Send me a message about your plan feel like it would be a fun small project:). Also don’t know if you need special stuff for it work with mecabricka
