Help with the bump or displacement

Hey guys,

I tried to create a slimy procedural texture that rises from the bottom of a bottle, generally it works OK and can be adjusted, but I am stuck on how to add the bump/displacement to it. I wanted it so essentially the more slime, the more bump, and as it gets to white, not much bump, or perhaps just a little rough plastic feel to it.

This gives me some bump, but isn’t quite what I’m looking for, I was hoping to have the slimy parts more glossy as well obviously.
