So I am helping a few people with a game but sometimes whenever I try to upload the file to the site this happens.
It doesn’t work when I try uploading to mediafire either. This only happens with a few of my blend files. Before I try uploading them I pack into blend and save. What’s wrong? How do I fix it?
You should ask at mediafire. This is not blender related.

How big is the file ? Blenderartists has a maximum file size limit.
