i have widows vista ultimate edition and whe i play something or some sound is played it says that windows audio endpoint has stopped working i hae treid to reinstall the driver but it still didnt work and i hae checked for an online solution and no respond…here is a screen shot.
and also i cant apply any theme ??
so an any body please help ?

Maybe you should wait patiently rather than post 2 threads about the same thing and then complain just after the first hour of posting!
not many vista users here, especially audio driver guys. Try maybe your audio card/chipset, or MS site…? sorry. Is it only in Blender or even with Media Player? I use vista but have never heard of an Endpoint Builder. Are you editing audio? wierd.
Is this a legally autharized copy?
If so, then simply contact Microsoft support.

dont know and windows didnt ask me to ativate in ultimate edition but in the home edition the used to ask dont know how to compare between authorized and un authorized any way it used to work before but it happened while i downloaded halo ost and opened it in windows media player it didnt immediately hapen but after an hour…
sounds like you found your culprit then. don’t know halo ost package. best case: deinstall Halo ost. Worst case: reinstall Vista.
yes you are right …tonight i am gonna install XP its better than vista …vista dont stop taking permisions when you click my computer it says are you sure you want to open my computer cuz it may contain viruses…XD…and it have lots of errors in it any way xp is better

Listen, Microsoft will likely help you regardless of whether or not your installation is legal. There are plenty of people who have bought computers only to find out that this is the case. For these people, I believe Microsoft will offer to sell a legal copy to you at a discount. What they won’t do is sue you. They sue companies.

but still no solutions found …and the worst i have lost XP cd and the old one wasnt working it as crashing …so i have to buy or download and then burn XP …and MY VISTA IS GETTING WORST cuz yesterday the mouse went crazy i click it once it opens some thing ten times and then i had to fight with my mouse punching it untill it startd working again and the funny was that the problem was in windows not in mouse XD…
sounds like you got some hardware problems, my man. like a bum mobo or power supply or dead cooling fan or bad memory chip. Oh, and yes the error report-find a solution is about as useless as a cup holder on a mouse.
harware checked ,cooling fans working ,memory chips working,sound card problem is in SYSTEM, power suply of course working the computer tempreature was checked in bios… thats how i knew cooling fans are working .told my brother to bring XP installing cd while comming from work ut he always forget
Ya do realise that a failing power supply can just provide an unsteady voltage… won’t stop power up, but it will cause random problems.
Memory is similar - might not cause many issues, but it can still be faulty.
