I just got the software today, and I can’t make heads nor tails out of the thing.

I took a beginners tutorial, I see, easy, but some of the things just don’t work… and I have no clue what’s going on.

Please help.

Any super-duper-uber-easy-every-button-works-tutorials?

A lot of the tutorials out there on the web were created wth older versions of Blender in mind, so an absolute beginner would certainly have a few difficulties with them. The first thing I would suggest is that you should take a look at the documentation section at www.blender.org.

That will get you started.
