Your F1 has a lot of attitude to say the least. The design has very fun lines.
I’d like to see the silver paint be a little more shiny, and the decals a bit more crisp. How about rendering against a different background also? Only my opinions.
I must say again though I really like the modeling you’ve done.

There is some texture stretching along the front fenders, (along the top), and some minor stretching in some other places.
I hapopen to like the silver paint job. Looks great.
I doa gree that it could use a different BG or be put into a scene though.

Well, it looks like a sports car to me but HEY, the FIA could change the rules, yes? 
I like the overall styling and it will look great with a little refining of the model and textures.
Is that image created entirely in Blender?
Looks really cool and i am learning that type of scetching tacnique(that line thing at the background thing) at my graf comp class and its looking just as same
