Um hello to all i am trying to learn how to use blender 3d and im totally lost is there like a instruction manual or something?? 
Go to the top posts of this Questions and Answers forum and read the ones labelled “Announcement: Please, Read this before posting any questions” and “-> Current list of Tutorials etc. <-”.
Between those two, you should have a good start.
