hey, serious keyframing help, dolley-reverse-zoom

hey, would anybody here kno if it would be possible to perform a dolley reverse zoom? ive tried to keyframe the lens size, but it wont work, is there a special thing i have to do? it would be awesome if the next release of blender would allow it if this one doesnt, thanx anyway!

Just press the Ikey over the Edit Buttons window.
Ikey is window dependant, so hold you mouse over the window that contains the value you want to keyframe (as a general rule, this works most of the time).

OMG! awesome, thanx alot theeth!!

I have only recently noticed the keyframe/window relationship myself. My reaction was pretty much the same as skeletors. I’ve been fooling with color changes quite a bit. I think I’ll do a chameleon. We should compile a list of all the truly radical features that are underdocumented. For example I haven’t seen any involving loading textures or movies onto lamps as ‘gels’. If you saw my post ‘ironclad signature’, you’ll note, there is a specularity that resembles some forms of carbon. done with gels. a projection of a map of the universe, color enhanced, and loaded onto a spotlight. Things that are obvious to the initiate are virtually unknown to the non. Or perhaps, a laymans explanation of Blender, that simply says ‘Blender can do A, B, C,…this, this, that, and make pancakes.’ Then the beginner would have a better idea of what to go looking for in terms of Blender knowledge, as suited to their particular style or needs.

I see you take John Lennon’s words theeth… hows your life going in the grand scale of it all?
