Hide Lights but have them working?

Hi,

Is there a way to hide all lights ( not be able to see the object ) in he work view, when modeling, but have them be active and providing light?

You can have a layer thatwill render, but is invisable when editing.

Next to where the layer selector is at the bottom of the 3D veiw there is a padlock. When this is locked, the same layers are viewable in editing AND rendering. When it is unlocked, it controls only which layers are viewable when editing. In one of the hidden panels (ie. behind another panel) there’s a place you can select which layers to render.
