Hideous normal and displacement maps from Multiresolution bake

So I’m trying to bake a normal map for a pretty simple cross. I’m pretty sure I’ve unwrapped it fine. No stretching on the UV’s or anything but when I try to bake the normal and displacement maps and then import into UE4, it’s like it’s coming out all horrendus. Pretty sure this is a basic noob mistake but google is not my friend today. Can anyone help?
