High-poly Modeling Practice

Made a bunch of Sergey Tyapkin props, trying to speed up a bit my workflow and optimizing my hotkeys, mad it with a mix of mid-poly and subdiv, rendered in marmobag toolset. You can find more pics on my artstation: https://www.artstation.com/udjani

One of the things that made me start with 3d was the smooth look at the edges on hard surface models, it’s so nice to look at, Smooooooooth.


wow, really good! you should use a pbr workbase, and use eevee, it makes everything more realistic.

My gpu is too old, it’s not compatible with blender 2.8 so both cycles and eevee end up being too slow.

so, what? you did it in bi?
