High to Low Poly Baking on Multiple Objects

I have made a small scene that isnt finished but I had a question about baking. There are multiple different objects which have a bevel modifer applied to them which I was looking to take normal information from for the low poly so the low poly objects dont have such sharp edges but how would I go about doing this for all of these independent objects? or is there a better way/more efficient way of doing this? Basically in the end I was planning on putting all of the low poly objects in the scene onto one texture sheet using the texture atlas addon.
