okay… i know it aint too advanced but i still think it’s pretty funky 
i’ll mess with the lighting and the normal values in a bit but untill then i might as well show it off…

Never underestimate the power of simplicity. When I was in high school I entered the congressional art contest for three years in a row in the CG and Photography categories. I was beaten twice by simple tube scenes like yours when I spent months trying to model humans. ARGHH… stupid old-lady judges.
lol, anyway, i made this awesome pic with several cubes (it took about 20min. to model, about 1.5hrs to render)
the tube looks nice, its just that i think the shinyness/reflection doesn’t fit it well
1.5 hours?? What do you have in that thing?
well, there was a CRAPLOAD of reflection, and for some reason, i yaf’ed it…
