HLSL / cgfx / GLSL shaders output (from Blender to code) - possible?

I was not sure what section to post to, so I am posting here.

Is there any way to make a shader in Blender and save it as the actual code of HLSL / cgfx or GLSL ?

If not, doesn’t anyone know of any WYSIWYG shader editor? (I need to create post-processing ink outline effect and post process toon shading effect).
