That’s pretty good!
Although for me, the wall on the left is probably the biggest issue. The window cutout is way too sharp and regular. A simple bevel and / or a bump map would help resolve the issue.
The window is also not very convincing, again, too clean and sharp if your goal is realism, I would recommend using references of this style of window to get a better result. And again don’t hesitate to bevel.
You should also apply more dirt and grit, especially where there are 90° angles, since it’s the place where water and all sort of stuff tends to leave stains and marks of all sorts. For example, the point of contact between the ground and the wall would be a good place to start.
PSA : Reality is full of dirty shit! Don’t forgot to include it!

Composition could also be revised but you should probably focus on the technical and visual aspect of realistic concrete.

thank you so much !
yeah ! i should have added the beveling , but the viewport got too slow because of the brick wall having alot of details !
also yeah i totaly forgot about the dirt on the wall !
