It looks like real (European?) house, where people can actually live and not like some sterile architect 's unhabitable wet dream.:wink:
Yes, there are some textures that need to be fixed, but overall it is very nice.

Nice! Someone looked over my shoulder and thought it was a real house. At low resolution, the cobbled area looks a bit strange it is better at high res, but I think it could do with more contrast compared to the stony border around it. If the grass was shorter, it’s regularity would be less noticeable -but I think it might look more realistic by keeping your grass settings, but making it patchy like in Gleb Alexandrov’s grassy field tutorial.

Yes I now that cobbled area isn`t ideal, and i think the stony border should be narrowed than now. I know this Galeb Alexandrov tutorial, and generally i know that longer messy gras loks more realistics, but i want make short cutted grass. I think i should make thicker/wider grass leaves, because now wen i set it short they are so thin.

I think the pavers need a little less bump to it in the porch area. Looks a little painful to walk on hehe.
Other things I would change is the color of the pillar, make it match the house color. And, the gloss on the cobble stones makes it look a bit flat.

I thought that the thumbnail is the reference photo, so I would say, you got the realism right at first glance.
You also chose a very nice camera angle, it seems to be the view of the owner who want’s to sell or just show it. Therefore the cutted grass fits well.

I really like the glass material with its reflections and the background, because you can’t see if there is an hdri or where it starts.
The stone plates at the terrasse/porch have pretty large gaps and are too bumpy, when compared to the rest of the house. It might be like this in reality, but it does not fit the clean look of the whole house.
The second thing to tell me it’s CG was the repeating pattern and the glossiness of the pavement.
I also think that the rainwater pipe could have a little more roughness and maybe a galvanized metal texture?

Thanks everyone for helpful advice. Now I’m working on front still, and I try fix this shortcoming.
When I finish, I will post here progress and then return to the back still.

Hi, what type of material did you use for the walls and roof? Have you tried experimenting with a little texture on them?

it looks good. I would recommend putting a bump map on the stone pavement to give it a bit more depth. Over all tho this is an amazing peice.
