Nothing good in TV this evening anymore, not in the mood to work on my “Dali” pic, so i started a new pic after watching an episode of “American Chopper” 3 hours ago.
It’s not a Chopper but turns out to become some kind of futuristic Hoverbike.

If it were me id probably give it more of a brushed metal look and decrease the reflection. But its ur opinion so… %|
Yeah i thought about that. I’m still experimenting with the texture.
sometimes the texture guides the design and sometimes the design guides the texture.
i will try to use a brushed metal on some parts of the bike.
And btw. 3 hours isn’t really fast. it just worked from the beginning without problems. so, there wasn’t so much to correct.
I started with a plane and then extruded it, finally mirrored the mesh and joined it. The usual way. And after all, it’s far from being finished.

I did some minor advancements to the mesh.
Added a little wing, experimented with the colors (don’t consider this finished) and added some “hover” effect.
that model looks really nice… especially with such low polycount for subdiving 
its starting to look really nice, keep up the good work.
glad you pulled the handlebars back. I was trying to show my girlfriend cool things that people can do with blender, but all she wanted to do was argue that you wouldn’t be able to sit on it right… girls
