How big should a texture for a building be, for unity 3d?

What resolution should my house texture(s) be for usage with Unity 3d?

Umm, As small as possible, as big as necessary.
For an exact size it depends a lot on factors like: how many different houses (with different textures) will you have in your scene?
for what kind of platform are you publishing?

Basically bigger is better, unity will scale it down when needed for the targeted platform. But what is important, is to use your texture space economically. (reuse texture as much as possible)
