also, i started cleaning it up for you, but thats it, im done. spendt 20 min already and ive only cleaned up 30% of the mesh. try looking up Hard Surface Modelling on youtube, and study proper topology.
your mesh is almost ONLY ngons, and you have a LOT of unnessasary subdevisions everywhere.
this for instance.
look up ngon, trist, edge flow, topology.
use youtube to learn those terms and what they mean, its important for such modelling. you currently have 8000 verteses on this model, i think i could make it with no detail loss and under 1000 verteses.
