How can I avoid the edges when making a window in the wall?

How can I avoid the edges when making a window in the wall?

My problem is that I want to make a window hole without a second invisible object and with a boolean plugin.

I first created the window opening and now I want to join the edges with the frame to build the wall (f).

1 - If I select all the edges of the window and the sides of the wall, the problem is that it covers the window without leaving the hole.

2 - If I do it in parts, I have edges that I would like to remove.

You cannot remove those edges and keep the hole at the same time. Blender does not support polygons with holes in them, so at least one edge is needed for correct connectivity information.
