How can I connect two objects

Hey

I am new to this forum, so excuse me if i don’t post this at the right place. But i have a question. How can i connect two different objects using fmake? Or something else how can i assign two diffrent materials to one object.

To join 2 objects, be in object mode, select them both and press CTRL+J.

For adding seperate mats to an object, there is all the information you need here.

Only one thing, i don’t know it’s possible but whit joining i mean stay separtat objects, but beeing attached, using fmake.
