i think that you should set a goal first … what is the character that you want to create !!! how does it look … specially that your aiming for lowpoly which means you will model the character with tis costume !!!

If I were you I’d focus a bit more on the anatomy. For a stylized character you don’t need to have realistic proportions of course, but it does help to make it look better. Some points to focus on are for example: the legs/shoes: the legs look way too long in comparison with the body, the long boots exagerate these long legs even further. Also the hips look a little wide, men have generally smaller hips than shoulders. I hope this helps, good luck!

First, where you are going to use the model and how much detail you want, based on that, you need to add modeling and texturing details. Also if it is going for animation you need decent meshes for nice animations. Keep doing it…best wishes.
