How can I make this image more BLUE

I have made this little image completely in blender. It was inspired by the current trend of having blue glowing in all Sci-Fi films and games. There is also Orange, but i think blue is slightly more appealing, plus it is one of my favorite colors.

Love to hear your thoughts on any improvements. I will try out any suggestions.

Duplicate the image, blur the duplicate layer, and set its merge mode to Screen.

With Photoshop or the Gimp

Blue is very close to black, so you have to blend to blueish white. And adjust the color more to blue, less turquoise.

You make it blue by making it lighter:

So you see those hex grids are now completely white, but they still look blue because that is the light they are emitting.

IN making this little test image, I used an add shader with two emission shaders, one blue, with a strength of 5, and one white with a strength of 1:

It’s not quite the same style of glowieness as your image though.

Thank you lots for your advice I will be trying it out as soon as possible

Youy could either edit it externally using Gimp/Photoshop like someone mentioned earlier. Or you could do some tweeking with the node editor if you want to use Blender all the way;). Maybe messing with the saturation or add a blur effect. However, using Gimp or Photoshop would probably be easier.
