How can i prevent the instances from overlapping


the cube instances either overlaps or just straight up disappear. pls help

Your nodegroups horrify me, lol.

It looks like the mesh generated by volume to mesh is creating a lot of duplicate points. If you add in a merge by distance node here, it should help:

I had to toggle the switch to use the generated cube mesh, rather than the linked in object, as it would cause my (decently capable) machine to hang. Again, Horrifying.
