How can I save a blend thing as .jpg?

I guess this is a realystupid question but that’s because I use Blender just a few weeks and I still don’t know how to save it as a .jpg file.
Can sombody please help me? :smiley:

1.) You must select JPG as output format in the display buttons.
2.) Render
3.) Go to File -> Save Image
4.) Enter the name AND extension (blender doesn´t do it for you)
5.) Press return TWICE (once to enter the name and once to save)
