How can I switch from Constant to another interpolation without distorting key poses?

Whenever I create main poses in the stepping process in constant mode, I tend to switch to another interpolation like bezier. But the poses I established in constant get distorted when switching to any other interpolation, as you can see both are frame 11, how do I fix this?

Also,don’t mind the weight painting it was a quick rigging job in ARP but the same interpolation issues happens to the more refined weight painted models as well.

how long have you been using blender for?

I have never really encountered this issue before. but I suggest checking out this guy, he is a really good animator and i know he talks about this stuff

For 5 years but never animated in it until now.

The only thing I could imagine is that there’s maybe something interpolating between frame 0 and 20 that’s causing the pose to be not as expected. Make sure every bone is keyed on the keyposes.
