How can i use a load video/ use it reference?

Hi everyone!, i know theres an option that allows you to load a video into blender in the texture options but i don´t know how to see it while i´m making an animation so i can sync it with my video, any ideas? <<sorry my english>>

Nevermind:
Press “N” > click on background images> movieclip> open.

You can add the video the same place you add a background image.
