How can you use 2 curve modifiers?

One to roll out the mesh.

Do you mean like this?

All objects have all transforms applied (this is important). To move the structure, parent the two curves and the mesh to an empty and move that empty. I gave the curves some bevel just so you could see them. The -Y axis curve is the one that points in -Y axis (if that wasn’t obvious.) In this particular case, that curve has been given 180 degrees of tilt.

This shouldn’t be necessary in many cases. Here, I would be better served by using the -Y curve as a bevel object for the +X curve instead.
