how come when i change veiw in blender my modle brakes and expands

it dosent stay as one modle do i need to lock it some how

Don’t know what you are talking about, be more specific on what you mean, screenshots, your blend file etc (you probably won’t be able to post images because of you low post count but post it somewhere and add a link, you may need to be creative in adding the url to your post)

when i change from top view to side veiw my model brakes in places,like when
i do a persion the arms fly away or the feet move off camra.

sounds like your in perspective mode check your camera
